Nah. Seems to me a delivery system for alcohol. I don't like my beer de-beered. It's like boiling a steak.

The seltzer makers are eating their lunch and they are trying to fight back. Look around a bar with young females and you will see a lot of White Claw being consumed. I lean toward beers with lots of body (and carbs) but I will take a High Noon seltzer made with vodka over most light beers.

i take meds that slow my metabolism to a VERY slow crawl and i have to restrict calories/carbs or i wouldn't be able to move. i don't drink beer much anymore but i do have a gin once in a while... i'd like a beer but i can't imagine this tastes like anything i'd want to drink twice...
i found out after i posted, that it won't be released until Feb

I'll certainly try it when I find it. I started drinking Miller 64s last year and that's worked out well but I always keep some leaded brews around because a man can't live on lite beer alone.

I prefer dark ales or lagers. I would have to pass.

I'm a beer snob, but I'm not above drinking some bud light if I'm in a social setting, bowling or playing pool and don't want to get hammered drinking 8%+ IPAs or stouts. Miller and Coors lite are gross, BL is pretty decent and it has its place.

Most domestic beers give me a headaches, especially light beers. Count me in the beer snob crowd. I've been having intermittent mild headache issues this winter. Just yesterday, as I responded on this thread, I wondered if lite beer was the culprit. If the headaches continue, a switch to leaded will be my first move. I can afford the extra calories. My primary switch to lite beer was to reduce my alcohol consumption without reducing my beer consumption.
