The Bluesbreaker showed up earlier this week. And that makes all of them.

Now you need a Danelectro Daddy-O to round it out.

I have 3 of those - including one that is mint with its box. I think I paid $35 for that one.

Yea, I have one as well, was given to me by a fan who likes to hand me gear from time to time.
I like it with my hollowbodies in particular!

I was on a “Marshall in a Box” quest for a while at the old place. I ended up with a few cool pedals.

The prices of the BB on Reverb, holy cow.
My quest for anything close ended with a Xotic SL Drive. When I was gigging I never had more that one distortion pedal on the floor. Now that I don't gig and rarely ever play through an amp I have 2 (also have a Wampler Euphoria). When it comes to distortion, gain, boost, drive, my ears are pretty ignorant. Scrolling through all the hundreds of patches in my Eleven Rack my brain eventually gets saturated by it all.

I got this BB for a decent price - and it has its battery compartment cover. That’s an issue with these.
Still, it’s the most I’ve ever paid for a pedal.

My HX FX has so many different OD's, most of them I haven't even tried yet.

My problem is that with the modellers, I DO deep dive and try everything.
Which leads me down the rabbit hole of "I'm using X a lot, I should try the actual unit after not touching one in twenty years."
It's how I got a Marshall for the first time in...30 years.

Nice score, Eric! I had the newer Guvnor a couple of decades ago. It sounded great on its own but didn't play well with other pedals.

I have two of the 20W Marshall Studio Series that came out a few years ago, and I love both of them. But after a lot of tweaking, I'm getting 'very similar' tones out of the Boss IR-200 I recently purchased. Using it with a Headrush FRFR-108, I'm amazed at the tones available to me now, all in one pedal, and without having to move my tube amps from the music room to band practice. I'd probably love all 4 of those pedals, but I'm not convinced that I need them now.

I think you need to step up and get one of these to see if the pedal is the same

^ I can’t afford a vintage BB. I do have a nice clone in head form, though. Does it sound like the pedal? Not really. The pedal was meant to be a mild, transparent OD.

Someone will buy them. Probably not for the asking price, but I bet they'll sell.

Isn't the Drive Master just a rebadged Guv'nor?

Isn't the Drive Master just a rebadged Guv'nor? There are similarities. The way I hear them, the Guv is a JMP - does the 4 holer thing quite well. The Drivemaster is the JCM800 range of tones. I think there’s more overlap between the Drivemaster and the Shredmaster.
