Pedal came yesterday......I was able to give a bit of a test drive today, and I'm completely stoked over it...simple controls, the volume control goes to almost barely audible to a noticeable boost.....the Rate and Depth controls have tons' of flexibility in how much you want to control and shape the sound....from very mild to...well overly dreamy is the best word I can think of...lol....there is also a mini toggle that cuts out the dry signal so you get a vibrato effect....kinda cool...but I don't know how much I'll use it....
as I mentioned I'm not a huge chorus fan but there are a few songs my bass player and I play that it really embellishes....
anyway for 100 bucks new in the box, its certainly a keeper.....
me likey!!

For the price range listed, I'd get the TC 3rd Dimension myself, but I have the much more expensive (and was available at the time, and I do use the stereo) Boss DC-2W. I have the Behringer rackmount clone of the Roland SDD-320 (the thing that the 3rd Dimension and the original Boss pedal was derived from), which is the gold standard for "not quite chorus, you notice it when it's OFF versus on" type effect as well and have it dialed in on my master board/mixing console. The Boss DC-2W in stereo is just as good as it gets AFAIAC. It sounds good in mono too, but running it out to another amp is where it's at.

Yea, it's really a stereo toy - I was using it mostly as a stereo bus insert on my mixer, then I got the 3rd Dimension rackmount for that and it freed up the DC-2W to amp-splitting duties.

I like any and all the “W” pedals.

All that I've tried, yea.
I cheaped out and got a Behringer clone of a HM-2 to duplicate my vintage MIJ HM2, and it sounds as good (and honestly, a little clearer) that the original in a good way since I don't run it as Swedish chainsaw.
Still want a HM-2W though, don't get me wrong.
