After a considerable amount of waiting, we finally got my wife's new car. It's a 2022 Camaro SS that she had been wanting for over a year. It was an incredible hassle to get it. After searching high and low, no dice. We then decided to order one, but ordering from GM is a weird experience. We happened to luck out and found a dealer that just made an order that matched 99% of the spec she wanted, so they sold it to us before it was even in their inventory. The dealer was not in GA, but in SC. We drove up yesterday to trade in her Jeep Grand Cherokee and drove away in the new car. This thing looks great and sounds awesome. While they had a ZL1 sitting at the dealer, I didn't think it would be smart... my wife already has a lead foot! I think she'll manage to do just fine with the measly 455hp motor in this one.

Very nice! Looks like it's doing 80 mph just sitting there.

Nice! I had a Vette on order, but was able to cancel without any issues.

Very cool.
My brother-in-law has a 2011 5th gen.
I think the subtle changes they made for the 6th generation make the car look really good.
Congrats!

I think the 6th is a nice blend of old/new, but definitely leans more towards "new". Supposedly it'll do 12.2 quarter mile... I'll have to find out when she gives me the keys!

My wife would have zero interest in that car.
