There are a few guitars I'd still like to have that click the boxes for me. I have a pretty good and varied selection already but there are a few on my wish list.
A Les Paul Special or Junior. I love Gibsons and don't have one with P90's on it. Gibson SG Standard. I have a Vintage SG Custom but it's a different animal. A 12 string Guild F512 acoustic Martin D18 Authentic or Gibson J45 Martin 00018 A quality Tele. All I have is a modified copy. Pedal steel. Don't know what brand or model. I always loved the sound of them. Big, fat, and clean. I'm not a country guy but they fill a great space when used as a pad sound in the background of a mix. 7 string electric. Some kind of shred metal guitar with EMG's on it. A couple more lap steels with different tunings. Don't really care about the brands or models.
What clicks your boxes that you don't have and would like to?

I've always had the thought of a Warmoth build Tele, hollow, carve top with Filtertons. Probably even with F-holes.
As Noddy Holder said, "and I don't know why".

For about a year I had a loan of a Gibson Custom Shop LP Junior, based on the 1957 model, single P90. It surpassed all expectations. The plan had been to use it only for a couple of songs at gigs and keep it in slide tuning. Pretty soon I was using it for everything. After I gave it back to its owner I fully intended to get one, but it never happened. I've never had a Rickenbacker, just a copy when I was a teenager, and that's another itch.

I have every guitar I've ever wanted...and I have an obscene amount of them. I've worked hard for everything I've achieved in life and I enjoy playing 'em; I count my blessings every day. Here's some red, white, and blue ones:

I should add a Precision Bass to my list as well. I used to have a 1957-P Bass but it was stolen way back in the early 80's. Just imagine what that would be worth now.

I had a 3 pickup Wurlitzer back in the early 70s and traded it for a 63 chevy. I have tried amature dective work to find it but failed. I have a pic somewhere.

That's a good list.
I've had two Teles, but I'd like another. I can never make up my mind what a perfect Tele would be for me. Probably just a good Nocaster copy with compensated saddles.
Some variation of a 000-28 - very rare, but they're made sometimes with a 3-piece back (technically a 000-35, but rarely called that) and those sound amazing to me.
An ash bodied Strat. Owned several Strats, never pulled the trigger on any of the nice ash ones I've played.
Ric 12-string - one trick pony, but dang does it do that one trick well. Also, next time you're listening to '60s music on the radio (the SiriusXM station for example) pay attention and you'll find there's a 12-string electric on WAY more songs than you remember.
White Falcon. Wanted one ever since I was watching Kids In The Hall and figured out what was being played for the theme music.

GUITARS:
•Gretsch G-6119 with Hi-Lo-Trons (have owned a G-6122-JR but that had Filter-Trons and a smaller body with open F-holes)
•Guild (Westerly) Starfire IV in either flame maple or flame maple burst with Grover Rotomatics (love semi-hollows and MIA Guild craftsmanship)
•Gibson ES-330 (have owned a couple of 335s and an MIA Epiphone Riviera but I love me some P-90s)
BASSES:
•Mensinger Joker 4 semi-hollow in violin burst, Delano SBC-4 pups (looks and sounds beautiful)
•Guild JS-II (Westerly) in natch mahogany w/Guild-Buckers (have always dug the look of Gibby EB/SG basses but not the sound). Guild-Buckers aren't as overwound and muddy-sounding.
•Guild M-85-II GSR (trans red/Bi-Sonics)
I'm particularly partial to the look, sound and ergonomics of Guilds)
AMP/CABS:
•Mesa Subway D-800 and matching Subway 2X10 and 1X15 cabs.
Will never own any of those guitars: any spare scratch I can accumulate would be applied towards one of the basses. But I doubt I'll ever play any of those either, except in my dreams. The amp/cabs will get top priority.
No matter: I'm pretty happy with what I've got.

My early Epiphone Coronet that was stolen with the 330. It was prolly my fav EVER.
I had an MIA Epiphone Crestwood (same body as the Coronet but loaded with 2 Mini-Humbuckers): killer guitar with a really fat, comfy neck profile and 3+3 tuners (not the 6-in-line and "bat-wing" headstock). Never should've sold it. Closest I ever got to owning an SG.
The MIA (in Kalamazoo) Epi stuff was very nice. My Riviera was special but I was young and too dumb to realize it and traded it off. "Royal Tan", it was...

I have a bunch, and about a third of them are builds. I don’t desire any more I don’t have a Ric or a Ric-styled guitar. I doubt I’ll ever have one.
I don’t have a SG with HBs. I’m on the fence about buying one.

I’m on the fence about buying one. One of the easiest ways to get into an SG is a 'faded' model. No frills, but all the SG tone. I've had this one for years, and I've played plenty of others including premium gucci bling models and none sounded any better.

I tinker with the idea of a nylon string occasionally, but then I end up buying a new fishing reel, pole, or both and that pretty much kills thoughts of a nylon string for a awhile.

Every now and then I think I have all the guitars I want, but it is neverending. Now I want an SG junior.
I passed on buying a couple of these back in my youth because they didn't have the original pickup.
Now I'm thinking of getting a bloke I know, who builds guitars as a hobby, to make an offset style type of SG junior.

Well, on a whim I checked out Sweetwater for a Cordoba C5 and as chance would have it, they had a few of them in stock, a couple of 3.2s (pounds), a 3.4 and a couple of 3.6s. I went for the 3.4. At $380, I don’t see much risk.

The walnut 335 I had on loan for a day in the mid 70s, owner unknown The Strat that was ripped off a famous west-coast band on tour in my town and was shown to me but not offered to buy. Mid 70s. Perfectly set up, played like butter. The vintage 6120 I played in a store at the Hamburg Reeperbahn when on tour in the 90s. Found to be ridiculously expensive at the time. Regrets..
