Always impressed with this guy. First took notice on SNL then saw him pop up on several music specials.

The dude is a consummate pro for sure. I loved his guitar work on Hall & Oates cover of Lost That Lovin' Feeling, but can't forgive him for Maneater. lol!

He does a sporadic tour called masters of the Telecaster. He plays with different players-and currently with Jim Weidner. Unbelievably good-they are both extremely talented. Worth going out of your way to see them.

I saw Hall & Oates in 1981 while I was stationed in Louisiana, and in the band were G E Smith and Tom "T-Bone" Wolk (RIP). A few years later I saw those two playing in the Saturday Night Live band and recognized them... both were awesome players!
