I have posted a set of House Rules over in Moe's. They should be pretty familiar for the most part.
Given that I am trying more to be just the facilitator of this site and not the owner/operator, I welcome any input anyone may have concerning the Rules.
Please post your thoughts.

The rules are simple, clear and consistent with the "heritage" site.
Thus, people will not be able to follow them!
Rules are unnecessary except for those who need them, and those folks can't follow them anyway.
It's always been a really, really, small % though
