I went for a nice mellow Saturday morning bike ride, also. Nowhere even close to what that guy did.

I did this ride when I was in my 40s, but I don't ride at all anymore. My bones are too brittle and my reflexes too slow.
Even at my fittest, I didn't have the technical skill set to do this next one. I was never a BMX-er, so didn't learn to do all that hopping and standing on one wheel with locked brakes, etc... When I was heavy into it, suspension and disc brakes where just starting to become available: none of my bikes had them. Those would be a "must" on a trail like this:

I did ride this one:
Not as dangerous as Portal, but a plenty good workout with beautiful scenery.

I used to cycle (road cycle) 30-40 miles a day 3 or 4 times a week and I would do a 100 mile day about once every month or so. I tried the mountain bike thing briefly, but my ex-motocross (aka beat to death) body couldn't handle the beating so I sold my Specialized and stuck with my Trek 2200. Now days I have a recumbent stationary bike that I should probably riding instead of hanging out here. lol
