It looks pretty good, but it's profile reminds me of a 2010+ Camaro
I'm sure it will grow on me, but so far (as a 7 time and current Mustang owner) I'm not super blown away.
Thoughts?

The video game dash is a big no deal for me. That said the dark horse edition does look Ok. I'm not a fan of the head or tail lights. The charger meets camaro look sucks IMO.
The more I look at it the more I pass.
They designed it for kids and are pricing it at 40 something earnings.

Just the fact that it's a V8 with a stick is pretty amazing.

It seems more like a refresh than a new generation, IMO.
That said, I’m sure it will be successful and there’s a fair chance it will be the last proper Mustang (non-hybrid V8 with a stick), so might make sense as an investment for the really long run.

saw it. looks like a modern update of dash and electronics , if you like modern updates its nice, I can take it or leave it. just can not afford it though. as said already, its stick and v8 so there is that.

Meh. The rounded shape and the Darth Vader front grill are following trends rather than setting 'em.

I’m still stuck on the looks of the 2014. For me, it’s all downhill since.
YMMV, etc.

Agree That said, there is a setting in the gauge configuration options that copies the 87-93 Foxbody dash, complete with the seasick green lighting and everything. Pretty cool!

I still like the looks of my 2008, the original retro look. That retro look was the reason I bought one. The newer styles are just too swoopy for me. I also liked my ‘89 GT. I liked the smaller size. I actually liked the LX styling better than all the cladding on the GT. My favorite cars are understated sleepers.

The seats look like gamer chairs too. Off- topic but I’m looking for a new chair at my desk for recording and Tyler, the Music Is Win guy recommends a gamer chair. BTW, who is the gal? First thought that came to me was Angelina Jolie.

Meh, don’t really care for the look from the front. I wonder if it’s got the fake exhaust sound like some of the newer cars do. Not my cup o tea.

I went down to my local Ford dealer about a week ago because I needed to get a new fob for my truck. While waiting to have it programmed, I took a short look around at what they had in new vehicles and came across a Mustang E and a F150 Lightening. It was nice to see that Ford decided it was necessary to change the look of the Lightening like they did for the Mustang E because of it's EV ness. It's so small as well. I think it's smaller than it's properly named counter part. I noted that the lightening was a lariat with a price tag on the Monroney of 80k. I, of course, have an XLT powered by a ICE. My truck, while powerful, will not do the 0 to 60 time the lightening will while leaving ones head where the starting line was but, I'm in no hurry 0 to 60 in 6 seconds is OK by me and represents a truck that can get out of its own way which is a requirement of mine. I think this EV stuff is before its time and is in 'force fed mode' at present. They are mostly of limited ability and I can tow a trailer a lot more than 90 miles on a tank of gas. Oh, my last 'car' was a '13 Mustang GT/CS. The next version was very likeable as well and now, the styling is moving away from 'boomer' territory as far a looks but, kids these days have more interest in their phones than cars and the price is becoming out of reach for the young as well so, I see the decline for the [real] Mustang accelerating from here on out.

Disclaimer: all I've seen is the picture above. If I ignore the name, I like it. It doesn't look like a Mustang, but it's a pretty sharp car. Saw posted above that it has a V8 and a stick. That makes it much better than a bunch of other cars including the latest 'vette.
If I was in the market, I'd take a long look at it.

Whether "new" or "old" versions, I've always preferred the Dodge Charger and Challenger to the Mustang and Camaro.

The new Pinto is pretty cool. The Mustang Mach-E, not so much. It’s all in the name.
