It arrived in fine shape.
It is pretty close to mint. I think it still had its original strings. The fretboard was super-dry, so I cut the old strings loose and hit the board with some lemon oil. I also "polished" the frets with a paper towel. They were a bit dull, but only needed a "paper polishing." It's restrung but I'm letting it sit overnight to let the oil absorb. I do need to take the nut slots down a little. Other than that it seems to be a great player. I'll get her tweaked out tomorrow and have a proper run.

Finally took some time to file the nut slots. They didn’t want much, but what a difference. This is a great player now.
I thought they plek’d these. The frets are excellent. The nut wasn’t cut deep enough though. Honestly, it plays so much better now. You can’t achieve low action with a high nut. I wonder if this might be why the original owner sold it.
Anywho… happy camper here. I’m off exploring.
