Does anyone remember where to get strat-style control knobs with customized lettering? Ka know, instead of "volume" and "tone", get "size" and "shape", "louder" and "looser", or "ass" and "elbow".

There are no reasonably-priced options, but here's a thing you can do.
Order some numbered Strat knobs with plain tops, and take them to a trophy shop. They have engraving machines that can cut just about any font in wood, plastic or brass.
