A week or so ago CME was blowing these out for $99, so I went for it.
What a great “always on” drive pedal!
The video does a better job of demoing that I could do trying to explain here in writing.

I stacked my pedalboard recently with a Euphoria, Timmy and an SL Drive. I'm certain those two cats could find that sound somewhere in my chain. Holy smokes, what players.
I'd probably jump on that pedal if I didn't have the Timmy.

I must have seen it at just the right time.
It’s a weird yet wonderful pedal. It has loads of clean range. That seems weird, but it’s true.

When you get bored with it I'll trade you my Euphoria, with an option to trade back when I get bored with that pedal. 🤣

Nice sounding pedal and I like the look.
Massive chops by those two. Dang!

I'm ashamed to note that for me it's a Klon(e) - enough so I have a second coming.
It's set for the 'make everything betterer' more than any 'gain'.
In that category, it's no different than the "always on" DC-2W (or the SDD-300 rackmount clone, as the DC-2W is ALWAYS in SDD 320 mode!) or the various real and digital Space Echoes (for the preamp as much as the echo, if not moreso!)
