Tung Sols are good.
They're made at New Sensor's Expo Pol factory in Saratov, Russia that produces tubes for other brands as well, including Sovtek, Svetlana, Electro-Harmonix/EH Gold, Mullard, Genalex, and Gold Lion. New Sensor is owned by Mike Matthews, the CEO of Electro Harmonix.

They’re just different brand names for what are fundamentally the same products. There was no technology / IP transferred from the previous owners of the Mullard, Genelex Gold Lion, Tung Sol or Svetlana (all completely different organisations) to Mike Matthews. I view them all as being Sovtek varieties. JJ are a completely different organisation, in Slovakia, which is a member of the EU and NATO. The key thing with current production valves is that the vendor has reliable procedures in place for screening out duffers, then testing and grading what’s left, eg for gm, hiss, hum. And offers a good warranty, which needs to include microphonics if they’re to be fitted to a combo.

JJs are fine tubes. I’ll just echo what Peter said, above. Tested, sorted and warrantied is the way to go.

A little off the tube mentioned but I ordered a set of EL34'S off of Amazon and they were a matched quad and were burned in and purchased a warranty from Ausurion, which is Amazon's go to warranty service. I bought a 2 year plan. I personally like JJ tubes and have been using them for years. They hold up well in combo amps and heads. So, if you buy a set of tubes, look around for your best deal and see if you can obtain a warranty, because most sellers don't guarantee their sells, only if damaged when shipped or if they don't function when you put them in. Make sure you get the right ones as I have seen where someone put in 6L6 'B' and not the GC's. As you know, they are for a different voltage rating. I like their preamp tubes also. They hold up nicely and are a little less bright than my EHX or the Tungsol's. I find those to be a little brighter for a preamp tube. One thing that has always mystified me is the Groove Tube ratings, as they use a soft to hard rating. But I guess it may be that they have different bias and applications use, like a combo amp VS a head application. Or just bias application only! I don't know...

One other thing I was going to mention is: I bought some 12ax7's from Sweetwater. They are the Psvane brand and appeared to have a good rating. I bought 4 and was going to try them in my 50 watt Marshall and also my 50 watt, Bugera T50 Infinium. I wanted to see how they sound and if they compare to some of my other preamp tubes, EHX, TUNGSOL, RCA, and JJ's. They are built really close to the JJ's and was hoping that they would be a smidgen brighter than the JJ's. We'll see... I'll report back on my findings... the price was good also!

Ruby and Mesa offer a 6 month warranty on their valves. Most other vendors are 3 months at best. Even NOS vendors, and NOS should last for decades, right? Wherever they’re from, the warranty starts when the vendor posts them, so ensure they’re checked soon after receipt. eg don’t keep them to one side thinking they’ll be fine. As by the time you need them, the warranty may well be long expired.
