Old metal stand broke so Decided to get a wooden Stand and after my metal stand broke. It is made from Solid Oak. My other guitars and basses work well with this stand. imgur.com/gallery/nGfwZmT

That’s a nice looking solid stand. 👍

Sweet! Sometimes stands need to be nice furniture as much as they need to be a good stand. That does both well.

I’m thinking that these would be that hard to make. 🤔😊

I’m thinking that these would be that hard to make. 🤔😊 For you guys having all the wood working tools it would be easy. I do not have a router and would have to just screw it to the top not having the recess for the vertical portion in the center to fit into the base for more stability.

That is nice for a more finished environment like living space in your home. I made all of my wall hangers. Like this one: guitar wal hanger by Larry Madsen, on Flickr

Cool stand - very cool indeed.
But
This is the electric guitar and effects bit…………
And that looks like an acoustic guitar😀

Cool stand - very cool indeed. But This is the electric guitar and effects bit………… And that looks like an acoustic guitar😀 It is an acoustic electric and I posted here because the Acoustic section states “Unplugged Acoustic”. I chose the Acoustic Electric to photo on the new stand because I thought it looked good. Notice I stated it fits my electric guitars and basses as well. I bought it to hang whatever bass or guitar I happen to be using at the time. I have hangers on the wall but with back issues it is kind of hard to pull them off the wall. Also have a multi instrument floor stand to hold the ones I do use but not using immediately.

That could be done without power tools fairly easily. The hardest part is getting a really wide board - you can see where a couple wings were glued on in places, and it isn't a continuous line so it was done strategically for the final shape. Joining those edges would probably be the hardest thing to do by hand.
If you draw out your curved shape, you can saw in a bunch of kerfs to the line by hand and knock them out with a chisel. Finish the surfaces with whatever smoothing technology you prefer. A router would only be a big deal if you wanted to do a bunch of these production style, or if you needed a bunch of pieces to be identical. For just doing one or two, I think setting up router templates would be more trouble than it is worth.
Is it top heavy? Does it have enough weight on the bottom? That's what would have me a bit concerned.

I have checked the stand yesterday and it is indeed stable. The base is heavy enough and provides stability along with the forward leaning at the top. It is well balanced.
