I figured I'd post an update -- I did change out the strings from 9s to 10s, and it went pretty well. I used half of an old clothes hanger to immobilize the bridge during the string change. It fit very nicely. I also switched from 3 trem springs to 4, to have a little more stability on bends.
So far, so good, I definitely like the new setup better.

You guys SUCK!!!! lol Do you have any idea how long I've avoided this thread because I didn't know what a "stunt guitar" was? ? I thought it was some odd fold-up guitar meant for travel or something weird like that! ...I missed the pointy guitar party.
