At the end of the day I'd nominate the phrase "at the end of the day." Going forward, that is. Just thought I'd share out (as opposed to simply sharing).

The term "badass".
You did a thing? You're a badass! You were alive during a time? You're a badass! You're someone's relative? You're a badass! You made an exciting discovery in the field of dinosaur butts? You're a badass!

"I will circle back to you", meaning, "I don't want to answer that question right now because the answer would make me look bad, but I want you to believe that I'll actually ever be willing to answer it at some unspecified, future date".

I don't think I've ever met a "badass". But that's the thing with badasses -- you won't know until it's too late.

"Quite Frankly", I was tired of hearing those two words 5 years ago, and they seem to be sneaking back.

Whenever the accomplishment of a risky task is required and people are balking:

“ Bless your Heart”. You’ve just been dissed by a sweet old Southern woman. Interpret as “Friggin moron”

"sooooo.." usually followed by "yummy!" in Yelp reviews. I like to read them to find the worst things someone can say about a restaurant and "sooooo" pops up a lot.
